Our standing order service is designed as an easy way to get all of the titles you collect on a regular monthly basis, without the hassle of filling in a monthly order form. With a Standing Order, we do all the work for you.

Quite simply, you provide us with a list of titles that you would like reserved for you on a regular basis, and they are systematically put away for you as the titles come into stock. You can also order titles issue by issue if you prefer, with our simple to use monthly advance order lists.

There are no subscriber fees or long term commitments, although we do require 2 months notice of cancellation, to allow for comics already on order for you.

Parcels are mailed out once a month, direct to your door, in our famous super rigid boxes, so everything arrives in tip-top condition.

To order, simply list all the titles that you wish to receive on standing order, stating the quantity you require. We will start your standing order with the very next issue to be published (subject to availability), unless you request otherwise. We can usually supply most titles the week after your standing order is set up - there is no need to wait 2 month to catch up with advance order forms.

If you also require earlier issues, you simply let us know and we will do our best (although we cannot guarantee availability on issues that have already been published). It is advisable for you to make a copy of the titles you have ordered, for your own reference. Annuals, special editions etc are not supplied automatically for titles you have on standing order. Either list them as separate standing order items or order them using the advance order lists as they are offered in PREVIEWS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER LEVEL OF 8 REGULAR MONTHLY COMICS

Imports are charged based on the US dollar price on the cover, based on the following conversion rate (subject to changes in the dollar/sterling exchange rate):

$2.25 = £1.50 $2.99 = £1.99
$2.50 = £1.65 $4.99 = £3.25

There is a 5% discount for customers who spend £50 or more on imports each month, and a 10% discount off these rates for customers who spend £100 or more
on imports each month.

Postage (which includes full insurance and virtually indestructible packaging) is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per monthly parcel to inland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Postage to overseas addresses (incl. Eire and Channel Islands) and N.Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands will be charged at cost.

Once a month, all the items that have been reserved for you are sent out, complete with a fully itemised invoice, and the cost is charged to your account.

You can also order back-issues using your account, and these will be sent along with your next standing order parcel.

You will be asked to maintain the balance in your account at a level roughly equivalent to one and a half months worth of comics, as a deposit against future orders (with a minimum deposit level of £25).

The statement included with your order will give details of the parcels that have been sent to you, the balance left in your account, and the amount of money that you need to send us to cover your next parcel.

Paying by credit card (we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH or DELTA) is by far the
simplest method. Credit card payments are taken automatically at the end of each month, to top-up your account balance to the required level. You will be kept informed in advance of all transactions processed by credit card.

Please note that we no longer accept payment by cheque.

There isn't one! No membership or annual fees, no long term commitment (other than a 2 month notice of cancellation to allow for all comics on order).

All we ask is that you pay for your comics on time, by keeping your account fully paid up.
