Mylites2 - 2mil thick Mylar Comic Bags

Mylites2 are made from 2 mil (50 micron) thick Mylar® D a specially produced polyester film, as opposed to plastic out of which poly-bags are produced. Poly-bags are good for short-term storage. Mylar is universally recommended for long term storage of paper products because of the quality and chemical stability of the Mylar. Besides its strength, it is resistant to moisture, mildew and mold and will not yellow like poly-bags with time. Dimensions are width x height plus flap. When sizing, allow 1/4-1/2" clearance for the thickness of the comic (ie 7 1/4" mylites are suitable for regular comics up to 7" wide - for thicker issues allow extra clearance). Flap can be folded over, tucked in, or taped closed.
